Waiver Terms

By registering my child, I acknowledge and agree that participation in Laxgiving, LLC involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. In consideration of my child being permitted to participate, I hereby assume all such risks and release, waive, and hold harmless Laxgiving, LLC, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliated facilities from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or damages that may occur as a result of participation. I further authorize Laxgiving, LLC staff to obtain medical care for my child in the event of an emergency. By selecting "I Agree," I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and accept full responsibility for my child's participation.
